General description
游离脂肪酸受体2(FFAR2),也称为G蛋白偶联受体43(GPR43),充当短链脂肪酸的细胞膜受体,最终通过腺苷酸环化酶途径刺激G蛋白偶联的抑制(Gi)信号。发现FFAR2/GPR43主要在小肠固有层的白细胞中表达,但在肠的脾细胞,脂肪组织和肠内分泌细胞中也可以发现一些表达。有趣的是,因为FFAR2/GPR43可以感知短链脂肪酸,而短链脂肪酸通常是肠道菌群的关键代谢产物,所以它可以作为生物传感器来调节调节性T细胞的活性以及结肠炎等疾病的免疫反应。
观察值〜47 kDa。该蛋白的计算分子量为37 kDa,但由于高糖基化,可以在〜47 kDa处观察到。某些裂解液可能会出现未表征的条带。
