Anti-Ductin Antibody

Recognizes ductin (the 16 kDa or c′ subunit of the V-ATPase).

SPECIES REACTIVITY:

The immunogen sequence is common to all species (plants to man). The antibody has specifically been tested on flatworm (invertebrate) and frog and chicken embryonic tissues (vertebrate) tissue.

Synthetic peptide (100% conserved in all species) cooresponding to amino acids 115 to 126 of human ATP6VOC {gb AAH07389.1}.

Anti-Ductin Antibody detects level of Ductin & has been published & validated for use in IC, IH & WB.
