General description

Tbr2(T结构域转录因子)是保守的蛋白家族的成员,该家族共享一个共同的DNA结合结构域,T-box。T-box基因编码参与发育过程调控的转录因子。 Trb2已显示在新皮层的发育中起作用,并在放射状胶质向有丝分裂后投射神经元的分化途径中起作用。
