General description

电压依赖性阴离子选择性通道蛋白1（也称为VDAC、VDAC1或线粒体外膜蛋白孔蛋白1）是己糖激酶和BCL2L1的线粒体外膜受体。VDAC可形成通过线粒体膜的通道，并参与小分子扩散、细胞体积调节和细胞凋亡。VDAC可能参与渗透性转换孔复合物（PTPC）的形成，该复合物负责线粒体产物的释放，从而触发细胞凋亡。
