The eMcollect sponge stick is a sampling device specifically engineered for surface sampling in food safety and hygiene assessments. The sterile sponge stick with premium quality cellulose sponge swab is essential for laboratories and food industry professionals seeking reliable and effective sampling solutions. The sponge stick is used to check the environment during production at a low probability or absence of disinfectant. The sponge stick is blue and made of plastic equipped with release clamps. Buffered Peptone water, calibrated to a dose of 10 mL, is used as a diluent.
