The eMcollect Cloth Swab is a specialized dry blue unwoven cloth specifically engineered for surface sampling in food safety and hygiene assessments. The swab is used to check humid environments, raw materials, and products (cheese rind, fish flesh), or in environments where any source of moisture should be avoided (milk powders).
