Protein Molecular Weight Marker

A protein molecular weight marker designed for the determination of apparent molecular weights of proteins by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). The marker is a mixture of purified proteins of known molecular weights supplied ready-to-use in loading buffer containing sodium azide. The Wide Range Marker displays 8 protein bands ranging in size from 14.4-212 kDa and is suitable for use with a variety of acrylamide gel concentrations. The marker is custom-blended to yield protein bands of equal intensity when stained using standard Coomasie Brilliant Blue staining procedures.
