一般描述
NovaCHOice转染试剂盒由NovaCHOice转染试剂和NovaCHOice Booster试剂组成，该试剂专门开发用于在中国仓鼠卵巢(CHO)衍生细胞中生产哺乳动物蛋白。NovaCHOice Booster试剂是可选的，可增强某些培养基配方中的表达。两种试剂均包含与许多化学成分明确的培养基配方相容的无动物源性成分。NovaCHOice转染试剂盒无需在转染后更换培养基，适用于瞬时和稳定转染。
面板组分
•1 x 1 ml，或1 x 10 ml NovaCHOice转染试剂
•1 x 1 ml，或1 x 10 ml NovaCHOice Booster试剂
贮藏： 将所有组分贮藏在–20 °C的恒温冰箱中。每次使用前，将其加热至室温并轻轻涡旋。
面板组分
