原理

Calbiochem β-分泌酶活性检测试剂盒(荧光)用于测量细胞裂解液、组织提取物或纯化的酶制剂中的 β-分泌酶(BACE)活性。

制备说明

• 活化的 β-分泌酶用 10 µl ddH2O 重悬冻干的活化的 β-分泌酶。重悬后,等分并冷冻(-70°C),以免失去活性。

储存及稳定性

自收到之日起,将试剂盒的所有组件储存于 -20°C。重悬活性 β-分泌酶后,等分并冷冻(-70°C)以避免失活。初次解冻试剂盒组件后,将提取缓冲液和 2X 反应缓冲液储存于 4°C。
