一般描述
是一种有效和选择性的细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶(CDK)抑制剂。与奥罗莫星(目录号495620)相比,具有更高的抑制效力。通过竞争这些激酶的ATP结合域,来抑制p34 Cdc2/cyclin B(IC50=650 nM)、p33 Cdk2/cyclin A(IC50=700 nM)、p33 Cdk2/cyclin E(IC50=700 nM)和p33 Cdk2/p35(IC50=200 nM)。对相关激酶如Erk1和Erk2表现出非常低的敏感性(IC50分别为34 µM和14 µM)。Roscovitine即使在100 µM时也不会显著影响其他蛋白激酶的活性,与奥罗莫星相比,Roscovitine在细胞周期的G1/S和G2/M期显示出更强的抗有丝分裂活性。
