General description
在大肠埃希菌中表达的重组产脲节杆菌 α2-3，6，8，9-神经氨酸酶。对来自复合碳水化合物和糖蛋白的全部非还原性末端唾液酸残基的水解进行催化。该唾液酸酶的高浓度和延长的培养期导致支链唾液酸的额外裂解。发现该酶是MW 60000和69000的两种活性物质。
注意：1 mU = 1毫单位。
