一种有效的Gsα-选择性G蛋白拮抗剂。抑制GTPγS与Gsα-s结合的速率(IC50=140 nM),但不抑制Giα-1。通过外源添加的Gsα-s抑制S49 cyc细胞(缺乏内源性Gsα)中腺苷酸环化酶活性的刺激。还阻断β-肾上腺素能受体与Gs的偶联(EC50 = 7.9 µM)。作为人P2X受体的可逆竞争性拮抗剂,在人P2X(1)上表现出比在P2X(7)受体上更高的效价(IC50分别为50 nM和40 µM)。
