一般描述

一种不可逆结合弗林蛋白酶催化位点并阻断其活性的肽基氯甲基酮。因此,它可以用作病毒糖蛋白的高度特异性裂解抑制剂和病毒复制的阻滞剂。据报道,弗林蛋白酶可以阻断MT5-MMP的脱落并阻止MT5-MMP的活化。完全抑制纯化的弗林蛋白酶或PACE4对Boc-RVRR-AMC(50 µM)的裂解。也抑制内皮素转化酶的活性,减少BACE(β-位点APP裂解酶)的前肽裂解。
