一般描述
一种细胞可渗透的，不可逆的内皮型一氧化氮合酶抑制剂。抑制巨噬细胞（IC50=50 nM）中的iNOS。显示可抑制乙酰胆碱诱导的预收缩大鼠胸主动脉环（IC50=180 nM）松弛。阻断动脉平滑肌细胞中的K+和Ca2+电流。线粒体NADH泛醌氧化还原酶的抑制剂。抑制利用黄素蛋白的其他NADH，例如人中性粒细胞和巨噬细胞中的NADPH氧化酶。通过间接激活交感神经系统引起升压和心动过速效应。
