DNA特异性荧光染料。优先结合富含腺嘌呤和胸苷的DNA(最大激发=359 nm,最大发射=461 nm)。可用于凋亡细胞中细胞核和核DNA的显微镜分析。可用于检测支原体。S-腺苷-L-蛋氨酸脱羧酶和二胺氧化酶的可逆抑制剂。细胞通常以1 µg/ml染色。
细胞可渗透的DNA-结合染料。优先与富含腺嘌呤和胸腺嘧啶的DNA结合。在流式细胞仪中用于测量核DNA含量或对分离的染色体进行分选。可用于正常和凋亡细胞中细胞核和核DNA的显微镜检测。可用于检测支原体。S-腺苷-L-蛋氨酸脱羧酶和二胺氧化酶的可逆抑制剂。也可以5 mg/ml mM的H2O溶液(目录号508741)提供。
