一种抗真菌抗生素,可抑制真核生物中的蛋白质合成,但不抑制原核生物中的蛋白质合成。直接与易位酶相互作用,干扰易位步骤。抑制真核生物中无细胞蛋白的合成。 竞争性抑制hFKBP12(Ki = 3.4 µM)。在HL-60细胞、T细胞杂交瘤、Burkitt′s淋巴瘤细胞和包括啮齿动物巨噬细胞在内的多种其他细胞类型中引发凋亡。诱导巨噬细胞中的DNA片段化,但抑制用毒胡萝卜素,甲基泼尼松龙和离子霉素处理的大鼠胸腺细胞中的DNA裂解。在碱性溶液中迅速被破坏。
