General description

半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂。选择性抑制组织蛋白酶B（k2/Ki = 8.9 x 103 M-1 sec-1），组织蛋白酶L（k2/Ki = 3.8 x 105 M-1 sec-1），组织蛋白酶S（k2/Ki = 4.2 x 104 M-1 sec-1），和木瓜蛋白酶（k2/Ki = 2.4 x 103 M-1 sec-1）。缓冲溶液中的半衰期（pH值5-9）=25 h（30°C）；300 h（0°C）。
