Subsequently undergoes spontaneous autoprocessing to yield the active enzyme. Useful for the study of enzyme regulation and kinetics, cleavage of target substrates, and inhibitor screening. MW: 12000 and 20000.

Reconstitute to 1 unit/µl in PBS, 15% glycerol.
