General description
天然人C1q补体成分。由18条多肽链组成的糖蛋白，该多肽链由三个不同亚基A、B和C组成，分子量分别为29 kDa、26 kDa和19 kDa。存在于人血清中，浓度为70 µg/mL。在循环血浆中发现，与两个C1r和两个C1s分子复合形成补体（C1）的第一个成分。C1q与含有IgG或IgM的免疫复合物或多种其他活化物质（包括C反应蛋白，逆转录病毒和线粒体）的结合可触发补体通过经典途径的活化。C1q结合后，C1r和C1s转化为蛋白水解酶，这些酶负责通过经典途径继续激活。
