二硫苏糖醇（DTT），也称克莱兰试剂，是一种含有两个巯基官能团的还原剂。在蛋白质化学研究中，它可作为巯基保护剂。在化学肽合成中，DTT 可用于还原各种底物（如谷胱甘肽、蛋白和其它大分子）中的二硫键。它也可用作痰液处理的粘液溶解剂。
