一般描述
一种类视黄醇X受体（RXR）激动剂，可以渗透血脑屏障并以ApoE依赖性方式迅速降低APP/PS1小鼠中的Aβ40和Aβ42水平（6小时减少25%，72小时减少50%）。导致认知，社交和嗅觉缺陷的快速逆转。显示逐渐增强ApoE和ATP结合盒转运蛋白ABCA1和ABCG1的表达。 还刺激初级小胶质细胞和星形胶质细胞中高度脂化的HDL颗粒的分泌。不影响Aβ蛋白酶、胰岛素降解酶和脑啡肽酶的水平。
