General description
细胞可透过性四环二萜抗生素，可作为细胞同步化试剂。将细胞周期阻滞在S期早期。真核细胞和某些病毒DNA聚合酶α和δ的特异性抑制剂。可增强白血病细胞系中阿拉伯糖核苷诱导的细胞凋亡。还可诱导HeLa S3细胞凋亡，但会抑制长春新碱诱导人p53阴性前列腺癌细胞系PC-3凋亡的作用。也可以30 mM的DMSO溶液（货号504744）提供。
