Application

使用经FC、ICC验证的抗磷酸化组蛋白H2A.X（Ser139）抗体，克隆JBW301，FITC结合物（小鼠单克隆抗体）检测磷酸化组蛋白H2A.X（Ser139），也称为H2AXS139P、H2AX组蛋白。
免疫细胞化学：在用95%乙醇/5%乙酸固定的依托泊苷处理的HeLa细胞中（10分钟），然后用含1%甲醛，0.25%Triton™ X-100的TBS固定（5分钟），在2-4 μg/mL的先前批次中检测到磷酸化组蛋白H2A.X。

General description

组蛋白H2A是参与真核细胞染色质结构的5种主要组蛋白之一。H2A具有一个主要的球状结构域和一个长N末端的尾巴，其与核糖体核小体′串珠′结构体的结构有关。
