General description
15 kDa
组蛋白是一种碱性核蛋白,负责真核生物中染色体纤维的核小体结构。核小体由包裹在由四个核心组蛋白(H2A,H2B,H3和H4)中的每一个对组成的组蛋白八聚体周围的大约146 bp的DNA组成。染色质纤维通过接头组蛋白H1的相互作用进一步压实,DNA在核小体之间形成更高阶的染色质结构。
Immunogen
对应于人组蛋白H2A.X氨基酸134-142的KLH偶联,合成肽(CKATQA[pS]QEY)免疫序列在酵母和小鼠中具有8个相同氨基酸。
