应用
免疫沉淀：
4 μg先前批次与链霉亲和素、琼脂糖偶联物（货号16-126）联合使用，可免疫沉淀EGF刺激的A431细胞裂解物中含磷酸酪氨酸的蛋白。
注意：为了保存磷酸酪氨酸，可向裂解缓冲液中加入0.2 mM原钒酸钠。
免疫细胞化学
5-10 μg/mL的先前批次对用乙醇:乙酸[1:1]固定、EGF刺激的A431细胞进行的免疫染色呈阳性。
应用说明
可用于生物素偶联物具有优势的应用，例如WB和IC。
