一般描述
UbcH7是一种I类酶，在应激反应和转录因子控制中起作用。该酶以成年肌肉中所见的高表达水平普遍表达。它已被证明参与p53，c-Fos和NF-κB的泛素化。UbcH7是HECT域蛋白与UbcH7相互作用的两个E2之一（UbcH5是另一个），能够在E6-AP依赖性泛素化中有效替代UbcH5。根据条件，支持体外结合的典型酶浓度为100 nM至1μM。
