一般描述
UbcH5c的His6标签融合蛋白带电荷并支持体外泛素化。与GST标签的类似物不同，His6标签UbcH5家族成员在相似的条件下以相似的速率与泛素形成硫醇酯偶联物。该酶的His6标签形式不容易自泛素化。UbcH5c 与酿酒酵母Ubc4/5 E2酶家族高度同源，被证明对降解调节蛋白和异常蛋白至关重要。UbcH5c与UbcH5a和UbcH5b一起是细胞提取物中活性最大的E2酶类别，并且与包括p53、NF-κB和 c-Fos在内的许多转录因子的调节有关。根据条件，支持体外结合的典型酶浓度为100 nM至1μM。

储存及稳定性
自发货之日起在-80°C可稳定保存1年。避免反复冻融循环。初始解冻后，将等分试样装入单独的试管中，并在-80°C下重新冷冻。
