一般描述

The IsoBag® TSA Settle Plus is designed for quick and convenient transfer of culture media for air monitoring into isolators or RABS systems. The IsoBag® TSA Settle Plus is a sterile polyurethane DPTE Beta Bag compatible with 190 mm DPTE Alpha Ports containing lockable 90 mm settle plates.  
The formulation of the Tryptic Soy Agar contains combination of casein and soy peptones that renders the medium nutritious by supplying organic nitrogen, particularly amino acids, and longer-chained peptides. Sodium chloride maintains the osmotic equilibrium and the medium is supplemented with pyruvate to provide an efficient neutralization of hydrogen peroxide.
The filled IsoBag® is double bagged, lockable, and irradiated in the final packaging to avoid cross contamination.

应用

IsoBag® Tryptic Soy Agar contact settle plates are designed to determine the total aerobic microbial count suitable for active and passive air monitoring inside isolators or RABS systems.
