General description
This MQuant® Carbon Dioxide test (formally MColortest®) is suitable for the titrimetric determination using a convenient dropping bottle.
Method
The sample is titrated with sodium hydroxide solution against phenolphthalein until its color changes to pink to red (at pH 8.2). The carbon dioxide content is determined from the consumption of titration solution.
