General description
Reflectoquant乳酸试验测量乳酸总量（饮料，如葡萄酒、啤酒和稀释后水果/蔬菜汁中D-和L-乳酸的总和）。该测试在预处理后可用于测定食品中的乳酸。乳酸（乳酸盐）在乳酸脱氢酶的催化作用下被烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸（NAD）氧化为丙酮酸盐。在心肌黄酶存在下，该过程中形成的NADH将四唑盐还原为蓝色甲瓒，该蓝色甲瓒在RQflex® 20上通过反射法测定。
