该方法类似于EPA 354.1、APHA 4500-NO2 - B和DIN EN 26777。
Spectroquant® Nitrite Cell Test亚硝酸盐测试盒（预装版）可以准确定量含水样品中的亚硝酸盐含量。
方法原理：在酸性溶液中，亚硝酸根离子与磺胺酸反应生成重氮盐。与N-1-萘基乙二胺二盐酸盐反应形成紫红色偶氮染料，可通过光度法测定。
Spectroquant® Cell Test预装测试盒包含预装试剂的16 mm反应比色管(cell)，以及根据说明书进行分析所需的所有试剂。
Spectroquant®预装版和试剂版测试盒都配备了独特的实时ID（二维码），可实现无缝方法识别，并包含相关必要信息，例如批号、有效期和自动校准更新。
