一般描述
该消化类似于DIN EN ISO 11905-1。
该Spectroquant® 氮(总)比色池测试可以可靠地测定水样品中的总氮。总氮是凯氏定氮(有机氮和还原氮,氨)、硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的总和。在测定之前,样品需要消化才能将含有机和无机氮化合物转化为硝酸盐,硝酸盐进一步反应形成一种可用光度法分析的化合物。
该Spectroquant® 比色池测试包含预装试剂的16 mm圆形比色池,以及根据说明书进行分析所需的所有试剂。
所有的Spectroquant®比色池和试剂测试试剂盒都配备了独特的实时ID(2维码),可实现无缝方法识别,并包含相关必要信息,例如批号、有效期和自动校准更新。
