一般描述
该Spectroquant® Lead Reagent Test铅测试盒(试剂版)可准确检测水相样本中的铅离子(II)浓度。为了分析未溶解的或复合形式的铅,需要通过消化降解样本。方法原理:在碱性溶液中,二价铅离子与4-(2’-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚(PAR)反应形成红色络合物,用光度法测定。Spectroquant® Reagent Test试剂版测试盒包含高度稳定的即用型试剂混合物,用于根据随附说明书所述流程进行分析。 我们所有的预装版(Cell)和试剂版(Reagent)测试盒都配备了独特的实时ID(二维码),可实现无缝方法识别,并包含相关必要信息,例如批号、有效期和自动校准更新。
