General description
胰蛋白酶样蛋白酶和半胱氨酸蛋白酶的可逆抑制剂。也已知抑制活化诱导的程序性细胞死亡并恢复HIV+供体的缺陷免疫应答。常用于内蛋白酶Lys-C、激肽释放酶、木瓜蛋白酶、纤溶酶、凝血酶、组织蛋白酶B、胰蛋白酶的抑制。亮肽素不抑制胰凝乳蛋白酶、弹性蛋白酶、肾素或胃蛋白酶。对于大多数应用,建议的工作范围是10-100 µM。
