一般描述
Masson-Goldner染色试剂盒，用于三色染色显示结缔组织，可用于人类医学细胞诊断，以及人类来源样本材料的组织学研究。通过使用三种不同的染色溶液组合，可以选择性地观察肌纤维、胶原纤维、纤维蛋白和细胞。
这种方法最初主要用于区分胶原纤维和肌纤维。所用染色剂具有不同的分子大小，可以使各个组织以不同的方式染色。
可以使用福尔马林固定材料进行Masson-Goldner染色技术。在使用Weigert铁苏木精染色细胞核后，诸如肌肉、细胞质、红细胞等组分会使用偶氮酚和橙色G溶液染色。然后使用浅绿SF溶液对结缔组织进行对比染色。
该包装足以进行400至500次应用。 该产品已注册为IVD和CE产品，可用于诊断和实验室认证。 有关详细信息，请参阅使用说明 （IFU）。IFU 可以从本网页下载。
