一般描述

含有JmjC结构域的组蛋白去甲基化蛋白1B,也称为赖氨酸特异性脱甲基酶2B,是由人的JHDM1B基因(也称为KDM2B)编码的核酶。JHDM1A/KDM2B表现出H3K36特异性脱甲基酶活性,相对于H3K36me和H3K36me3(PMID 16362057),更优先选择H3K36me2。据报道,JHDM1A/KDM2B通过靶向rDNA从而以JmjC域依赖性方式抑制rRNA的转录来负调控细胞增殖(PMID 17994099)。

应用

免疫细胞化学分析:代表性批次的1:500稀释液在NIH/3T3和HeLa细胞中检测到JHDM1B。
