General description

含有JmjC结构域的组蛋白去甲基化蛋白1B，也称为赖氨酸特异性脱甲基酶2B，是由人的JHDM1B基因（也称为KDM2B）编码的核酶。JHDM1A/KDM2B表现出H3K36特异性脱甲基酶活性，相对于H3K36me和H3K36me3（PMID 16362057），更优先选择H3K36me2。据报道，JHDM1A/KDM2B通过靶向rDNA从而以JmjC域依赖性方式抑制rRNA的转录来负调控细胞增殖（PMID 17994099）。
观测值〜165 kDa。在一些裂解液中可以观察到未表征的较低分子量带。

Application

免疫细胞化学分析：代表性批次的1：500稀释液在NIH/3T3和HeLa细胞中检测到JHDM1B。
