General description
Chromobox蛋白同源物7(Cbx7)是哺乳动物chromobox蛋白家族的成员。作为多梳抑制复合物1(PRC1)的成分,Cbx7涉及培养的上皮细胞寿命的维持和延长。研究表明,在已知肿瘤抑制位点INK4a/ARF的抑制中,它以独立于BMI-1的形式行使功能。 Cbx7 也可以通过维持CDKN2A抑制,调节细胞寿命。 研究表明Cbx7在滤泡性淋巴瘤中上调,说明它具有成为人类致癌基因的潜力。
