在HeLa酸提取物的免疫印迹分析中消除组蛋白H3检测的10 μM免疫肽的能力证实了特异性（图B，泳道2）。与10 μM二甲基或三甲基赖氨酸9或二甲基或三甲基赖氨酸27修饰的肽预孵育后，未检测到信号降低。与10 μM单甲基赖氨酸27修饰的肽预孵育后检测到一些信号降低（图B，泳道5，第2页）。

纯化的兔IgG，溶于含有0.1 M Tris-甘氨酸（pH 7.4）、0.105 M NaCl、0.035％叠氮化钠和30％甘油的缓冲液中。

制备说明

自收到之日起在-20°C可稳定保存1年。
处理建议：收到后，在取下瓶盖之前，将小瓶离心并轻轻混合溶液。分装到微量离心管中，并储存于 -20°C。避免反复冻融循环，以免损坏IgG和影响产品性能。

分析说明

对照
HeLa细胞提取物
通过蛋白质印迹对HeLa细胞中酸提取蛋白质进行了常规评估，但未检测到未甲基化重组组蛋白H3。

蛋白质印迹分析：
0.1-0.2 μg/mL已在来自HeLa细胞的酸提取蛋白中检测到单甲基化组蛋白H3，但未检测到未甲基化的重组组蛋白H3（目录号14-411）。
