General description
绿色荧光蛋白（GFP）是一种29 kDa的荧光蛋白，从维多利亚多管发光水母中分离得到。暴露于蓝光（488 nm）后，GFP发出强烈荧光（发射最大值：507 nm）。GFP可以与蛋白质融合而不会显著干扰其组装和功能，从而使GFP成为监测活细胞中基因表达和蛋白质定位的强大工具。
