Anti-NET34 Antibody

NET34, more commonly known as as Zinc transporter ZIP14, or Zrt/Irt-like protein 14 is a membrane protein. Data suggests this protein functions as a zinc influx transporter and may also be able to transport iron. Three isoforms of this protein have been described.

This antibody recognizes NET34 at the extracellular domain.

Epitope: Extracellular domain

KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to human NET 34 at the extracellular domain.

Immunocytochemistry Analysis: 1:500 dilution from a representative lot detected NET34 in HeLa cells.

Use Anti-NET34 Antibody (Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody) validated in WB, ICC to detect NET34 also known as LIV-1 subfamily of ZIP zinc transporter 4, Solute carrier family 39 member 14.

Evaluated by Western Blot in HEK293T cell lysate.

Western Blot Analysis: 4 µg/mL of this antibody detected NET34 on 10 µg of HEK293T cell lysate.

~83 kDa observed.

Purified rabbit polyclonal in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.
