磷脂酰丝氨酸（PS）是在所有动植物的膜中发现的磷脂（1，2-二酰基-sn-甘油-（3）-L-磷酸丝氨酸）。 PS最集中在大脑中，因为PS约占神经元脂质含量的10%。神经性PS被认为在维持神经细胞完整性、增强神经递质信号效率、改善神经细胞信号传递方面发挥作用。 细胞凋亡的关键特征之一是细胞外膜上PS的表达。 PS通常在质膜的内侧发现，但是在细胞凋亡的早期阶段，PS易位到外膜。FITC标记的膜联蛋白V可以与暴露的PS结合，为大多数基于膜联蛋白V的细胞凋亡测定提供了基础。

抗磷脂酰丝氨酸抗体，克隆1H6是用于FC，IH的抗磷脂酰丝氨酸抗体。
流式细胞术：0.2-2 μg/mL先前批次在用Fas配体囊泡处理的Jurkat细胞上检测到细胞表面磷脂酰丝氨酸（目录号01-210）。见第2页。
免疫组织化学：该抗体已由独立实验室报告用于检测用乙醇/丙酮固定的大鼠颈动脉石蜡切片中的磷脂酰丝氨酸（Mandinov，L.，2003）。
