General description
2型蛋白丝氨酸/苏氨酸磷酸酶（PP2A）是由催化C亚基和两个调节（A和B）亚基组成的三聚体。已经发现了A和B亚基的许多亚型。PP2A对磷酸化酶激酶的α亚基具有高比活性，并且对抑制剂2不敏感。PP2A与PP2B/钙调神经磷酸酶和PP2C的区别在于其在不存在二价阳离子的情况下的部分活性以及对冈田酸抑制的高度敏感性。它也被认为是丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶级联反应的主要下调剂。PP2B需要Ca2+/钙调蛋白才能发挥活性，并且是NFAT转录因子的激活剂。PP2C需要Mg2+，但对冈田酸，微囊藻毒素LR或钙调蛋白抑制剂三氟拉嗪不敏感。
