General description

该抗体可识别有丝分裂期间磷酸化的多种蛋白质。
根据您检测的蛋白质而变化
进入M(有丝分裂)期后,许多蛋白质会被M相促进因子(MPF)直接或间接磷酸化。MPM2单克隆抗体与M期真核细胞的50多种蛋白质上存在的含磷酸氨基酸的表位(含有LTPLK和FTPLQ结构域的肽)结合。
