一般描述
P 物质 (SP) 是一种 11 个氨基酸的神经肽，属于速激肽 (TAC) 神经肽家族。它由中枢神经系统 (CNS)、外周神经系统和免疫细胞中的 TAC1 基因编码。此外，它还在炎症、血管生成和伤口愈合中发挥着重要作用。它在肠道中的浓度也很高。从传入神经释放时，它会引起神经源性炎症反应，包括肥大细胞脱粒。目前确知它会诱导 Ca2+ 动员，据报道它会通过激活 P 物质受体激活 CHO 细胞中的Goα、 Gq/11α和Gsα亚基。还报道诱导中性粒细胞中超氧化物的产生。
应用
P 物质 (SP) 已用于增强3T3‑L1细胞脂质集聚，因为它们在葡萄糖水平升高的情况下会分化为脂肪细胞。
