General description
This stable-labeled internal standard is suited for quantitation of normorphine by LC/MS or GC/MS applications such as pain prescription monitoring, urine drug testing, clinical toxicology, or forensic analysis. Normorphine is a primary urinary metabolite of the opiate analgesic morphine. Morphine, used to relieve both acute and chronic severe pain is known under trade names MS Contin®, Kadian®, Oramorph®, and Roxanol.
