一般描述
由于对广泛的化合物类别均有高反应性,MSTFA(N-甲基-N-三甲基硅烷三氟乙酰)是一种重要的三甲基硅烷化试剂,同时也是一种常用试剂。GC-MS优化研究表明,这种试剂可单独或与1%三甲基氯硅烷联合使用作为催化剂,用于复杂混合物的硅烷化。它的反应性与BSA和BSTFA相似。
应用
MSTFA可作为衍生化试剂可用于:
