This method enhances the precision of bioanalysis in therapeutic monitoring and forensic investigations (Slawson and Johnson-Davis, 2016).

  • Simultaneous Determination in Human Plasma: A study presented a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method in polarity switch mode for simultaneous determination of carisoprodol and aspirin in human plasma. This method is crucial for pharmacokinetic studies and can be applied to clinical drug-drug interaction studies, offering insights into the bioavailability and metabolism of carisoprodol when co-administered with aspirin (Sreenivasulu et al., 2013).
