应用
- 三环类抗抑郁药研究：通过反溶剂沉淀法制备无辅料的精神药物纳米粒制剂（包括盐酸阿密曲替林），显著增益新药递送系统开发，适于神经药理学应用(Wu and Wang, 2022)。
- 神经药理学的阿密曲替林：研究盐酸阿密曲替林与阳离子酯键合双子表面活性剂的胶束和界面现象，以期提高药物溶解度和稳定性，对神经药理学研究和药物递送系统有重要意义(Abdul Rub, 2020)。
- 阿密曲替林液体制剂：制备含低分子量药物（如阿密曲替林）的高分子纳米载体，提供合成高载药量制剂的绿色方法，促进阿密曲替林基制剂开发。贡献药理学研究知识(Villamizar-Sarmiento et al., 2019)。
