6-乙酰吗啡又称 6-单乙酰吗啡或 6-MAM，是海洛因的活性代谢产物，并且是使用海洛因的生物标志物。此认证加标溶液®适合用作法医分析、临床毒理学、尿液药物测试或止痛处方监测中 GC/MS 或 LC/MS 方法的标定和对照的起始材料。由于尿液的检测窗口短，因此检测相对较难。海洛因给药后（静脉内）的几分钟内唾液中就会出现 6-乙酰吗啡，并且发现其浓度要高于血浆。
