  • the liquid chromatography mass spectrometric (LC–MS) analysis of lipids by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) transitions
  • high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to quantify diacylglycerol (DAG/DG)
  • tandem mass spectrometric (MS/MS) analysis to quantify DAG
